Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin reportedly still have business to take to care of before they walk down the aisle.

The engaged stars are planning to work out a prenuptial agreement and won’t get tie the knot without one, according to TMZ.

Bieber and Baldwin, who got engaged in July, have reportedly enlisted lawyers to help carry out the discussion. This news comes shortly after rumours began to spread that Bieber, 24, and Baldwin, 21, weren’t getting a prenup.

Multiple outlets reported in early September that the two stars were already legally married after a photo emerged showing them walking into a New York City courthouse.

Baldwin later wrote in a since-deleted tweet, however, that she and the Sorry singer weren’t married yet.

The model also recently described her engagement to Bieber as “the biggest OMG moment” of her life.

“My entire summer has been quite adventurous in life in general,” she told Coveteur in a new cover story. “I got engaged!”

Bieber and Baldwin, who is the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin, began dating again earlier this year after previously breaking up in early 2017.

Shortly after news of their engagement emerged, Bieber and Baldwin each shared syrupy messages about each other to social media to confirm it.

“Plain and simple, Hailey, I am soooo in love with everything about you! So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindly,” Bieber wrote on Instagram in July.

“I promise to lead our family with honour and integrity letting Jesus through his Holy Spirit guide us in everything we do and every decision we make.”
